RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We offer a 14-day return policy, meaning you have 14 days after receiving your order to initiate a return request.
To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unopened, unused, and sealed in its original packaging.

You must provide a valid proof of purchase (receipt or invoice).
To start a return, contact us at support@csvape.com. Returns must be authorized before being sent. Any item returned without prior approval will not be accepted. Approved returns may receive a refund or store credit minus a 15% restocking fee (depending on the scenario). Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If your return is accepted, we will provide instructions and indicate whether a prepaid shipping label will be issued or if the return shipping is your responsibility.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS
Inspect your shipment immediately upon arrival. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, notify us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing support@csvape.com with photos/videos of the product and a description of the issue.
REFUND PROCESS
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval status. If approved:

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 2-3 business days.

CSVAPE is not responsible for refund delays from your financial institution.

Refunds to prepaid debit/credit cards are not guaranteed if the card is no longer active—contact your card issuer for help. A store credit can also be applied to your account should such issue arises.
WARRANTY & DISCLAIMERS
CSVAPE does not provide warranty on items purchased from CSVAPE.COM beyond the initial 48 hours of receiving the item and reporting it to be defective or damaged.
You must reach out the manufacturer of the product directly using the information on or inside the package to open up a Warranty Claim. Be advised that manufacturers might deny your coverage if the issue was due to:

Normal wear and tear

Misuse, abuse, or accidental damage

Unauthorized modifications or repairs

Use of incompatible devices and accessories
DOA (Dead on Arrival) claims must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery. Devices that functioned at any point are not considered DOA. Coils and pods are only covered under DOA if they do not work straight out of the package and must be returned with original packaging for testing.
E-Liquids and Consumables: Due to sanitary and safety concerns, all consumables are non-returnable and non-refundable, including but not limited to:

E-liquids, cartridges, pods, drip tips, wicks, coils, batteries

Products showing signs of use, tampering, or repackaging
Flavor inconsistencies or variations in E-Liquids may occur due to storage conditions or steeping, and are not covered by warranty. E-Liquids should be stored away from heat, sunlight, and children.
We do not guarantee compatibility between items. If you have any questions about compatibility, please, do your research or send us an inquiry before placing your order. We will not accept claims due to incompatibility.
SHIPPING & RISK OF LOSS
All purchases are made pursuant to a shipment contract. Risk of loss and title for items pass to you upon our delivery to the shipping carrier. CSVAPE is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages once they are in the hands of the shipping provider. Please contact the carrier for resolution of delivery issues.
ADVANCED PRODUCTS & USER RESPONSIBILITY
Products such as mechanical mods and rebuildable atomizers are intended for experienced users only. Use of these products requires knowledge of Ohm’s Law and safe battery handling. CSVAPE assumes no liability for misuse, improper handling, or accidents arising from advanced device usage. Use at your own risk.
Products are not to be used with cannabis oil, CBD, or other substances. Doing so will void any warranty or eligibility for return.

CSVAPE reserves the right to deny any return, refund, or warranty request that does not meet the criteria outlined above.
